Having electrified a large audience for more than twenty years, the open-air music festival ‘Worms: Jazz & Joy’ is definitely one of the highlights in the larger region’s cultural calendar. Music aficionados throng four of the town’s squares around the venerable Worms Cathedral to listen to the big names of national and international jazz music, such as Al Di Meola or Charlie Mariano. Strolling from square to square and soaking the historic ambience is what adds a unique charm to the festival.
